It's Rose Dragon! Yeah as cool as Rose Dragons are in the Anime they are quite difficult to pilot, so let me explain more in Detail how to use them properly.
If you decide to play Rose Dragon it's almost like playing 2 Decks at once, so be prepared and practice:
The Rose Dragons are Unleashed
The Dream Combo is opening Red Rose Dragon and White Rose Dragon. Summon Black Rose Dragon with them ---> Search Frozen Rose ---> Mill or don't mill a plant (optional) ----> Special Roxrose Dragon ---> Search Basal Rose Shoot and set it ---> Summon Ruddy Rose Dragon and resummon the now banished Black Rose Dragon after banishing all cards in both GYs and destroying all Cards on the field = Profit.
With that you end up with both Ruddy Rose Dragon and Black Rose Dragon for a potential of 3200 + 2400 = 5600 ATK direct damage. Thanks to Frozen Rose you can tribute any of your Rose Dragons in danger to search for the other half of the Decks Plant Monsters and since you only used 2 cards for this whole Combo you easily have other ressources left.
But beware this is not that strong going first and better to be done going second. Going first a Crossrose Dragon and Black Garden or another plant like Rose Girl on your field is way better to interrupt plays with a sudden Black Rose Dragon summon during the opponents turn. Again beware to not do it mid chain since Black Rose Dragon will miss his timing then.
Crossrose Dragon , Blue Rose Dragon & Blooming of the Darkest Rose all help to prevent the loss of Black Rose Dragon when he destroys all Cards. Furthermore White Rose Dragon , Garden Rose Maiden and Black Garden are able to revive lost Rose Dragons too during your turn. You have many options here to keep bringing your ace monster Black Rose Dragon into play.
Combining Black Rose Moonlight Dragon with Black Garden allows a Monster Bounce which can't be negated since you can Chainblock the effect with Black Garden itself. A useful tool in many Situations.
As for Ruddy Rose Dragon, beware using his banishing effect early since you too will loose a lot of your Graveyard effects and possible plants for banishing for other effects. Think of it as a big blowout midgame to finish the game easily, or very early when your GY setup is still small. Thanks to Basal Rose Shoot and Ruddy Rose Witch you have some kind of recovery from his effect thankfully. He's also able to negate a destruction effect by tributing himself and then summoning a Black Rose Dragon from the Extra Deck or GY. An all around strong card to use.
There's a lot to think about here especially if you look at the applications for Black Rose Dragon's 2nd effect which forces opponents Monsters to ATK und reduces their ATK to 0 or Roxrose Dragon's built in recycling effect. Blind Ruddy Rose Dragon turbo is by far not the best thing you can do so keep experimenting with the tools at your disposal depending on the Situation.
The Plants inside the Black Garden
The 2nd essencial focus in this Deck are the plants. Ruddy Rose Witch enables a search for the Witch of the Black Rose and puts a Rose Fairy or any other L3 or lower plant on top of the Deck which results in another easy way to access Black Rose Dragon and especially Crossrose Dragon but only with no other cards on your side of the field. It's especially good going first should you happen to have a Black Garden or Rose Girl sitting in your hand too. Rose Girl can very easily setup a Crossrose Dragon summon on the opponents turn if you used the above Combo and had her in your Hand.
Alternatively you can also use Rose Girl to go into one of your L6 Synchro plays or directly into your L10 Boss Ruddy Rose Dragon. There's even a L7 Plant in the form of Periallis, Empress of Blossoms who can easily bring Tytannial, Princess of Camellias into play.
Tytannial, Princess of Camellias has to be the best going first move possible since she & Black Garden combined equals almost infinite targeting negates for anywhere on the field. It's very easy to destroy whole Combo setups with her and win the game from there, a real powerhouse to play to this day. All you really need is dumping her into the GY with White Rose Dragon and then use Periallis, Empress of Blossoms to revive her back. Alternatively Blue Rose Dragon can achieve the same if she's already in the GY.
Periallis, Empress of Blossoms herself has a 1600/2400 Statline making her easily revived with Black Garden and gains an additional 400 ATK for each of your Plants. With White Rose Cloister and Thorn of Malice combined she can reach up to 5200 ATK, nice. Also every turn she can bring a L5 or higher Plant from Hand or GY onto the field in defense Position.
Queen of Thorns makes up for a nice floodgate which is another good going first setup. 1000 Effect Damage for every summon from Hand which is not a plant can quickly get out of control. It does count for you too so beware to not summon your Rose Dragon Monsters directly from Hand.
Lastly the last bigger option would be Splendid Rose. With her you can Half the ATK of an opponents Monster and attack up to 2 times by banishing plants from the GY. The first effect is a very welcome addition into this Deck since the ATK caps at 5200 (Most of the time 4200) in this Deck.
More Options grow inside the Garden
The Rose Girl is a fitting Combo piece in many Situations which keeps recycling and resummoning herself allowing for easy Synchro or Link access. She is limited to one effect each turn but is to useful to not be played.
Rose Princess on the other Hand is easy to Special summon as a Tuner if summoned from the Hand while only the opponent controls a Monster and she can also discard herself to search for your secondary Field Spell White Rose Cloister. This is helpful to not be reliant on your normal summon so much whichis very important.
The earlier mentioned Ruddy Rose Witch can banish herself from the GY to recycle Rose Dragons which are Banished or in the GY on top of her already strong first effect. She's also a Plant who in of herself triggers the effect from Rose Girl.
Thorn of Malice is easy to search and enables a 600 ATK Boost and piercing Damage. The special part about this Card is, that it prevents the attacked Monster from being destroyed by Battle and instead reduces it's ATK/DEF by 600 allowing for many easy OTK lines with Splendid Rose You could use it on Black Rose Dragon too to make him a 3K Beater if you like to.
White Rose Cloister can special additional Monsters from your Hand if there are currently no Monsters on your field and it can give a 1000 ATK Boost if you manage to guess the top card of your Deck (Monster, Spell, Trap) for your Rose Dragon Boss Monsters during the Draw Phase before you Draw.
Black Garden itself is well known for his ability to half the ATK of every Monster that is summoned and getting many Tokens on the field in the process. But there's a built in Revival effect on that card too. If you destroy all Plant Monsters on the field and the Black Garden itself you can resummon a Monster which has the same ATK as the combined ATK of the destroyed Monsters from the GY. Since all Tokens are Plant and have 800 ATK you easily reach 800, 1600, 2400 and 3200 ATK with that effect which happens to be the statline of most of your Monsters. More on that a little later.
Garden Rose Maiden searches or recycles Black Garden on Special summon and can even banish herself to revive a Rose Dragon from the GY. She's pretty good and easily accessible as a L5 Synchro Monster.
Finally Garden Rose Flora can destroy Field Spells and summon Tokens. The better part of her is the ability to Synchro summon during the opponents turn which makes a surprise Black Rose Dragon even easier to achieve, especially with Black Garden active.
The Garden in Flames
As always every Deck has it's weakpoints. Without Black Garden this Deck looses a lot of it's Strength. Summoning Tokens and halving the ATK of every summoned Monster is very formidable and should always be applied if possible but there's no protection for your field Spell available outside of recycling it with Garden Rose Maiden.
Your biggest Bossmonster has 3200 ATK and sometimes 4200 when combined with White Rose Cloister. So good luck removing Five-Headed Link Dragon without Black Garden if he hits the field. Unaffected Tower Monsters are difficult to Deal with. Periallis, Empress of Blossoms is your only straw of hope since she could reach 5200 ATK which is massive.
Like always staple cards like Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring or Infinite Impermanence can really cut your Strategy in half too so beware of the usual offenders. In total this Deck can play around these cards quite good if you know that the opponent has them lurking in their hand.
Thoughts after leaving the Garden
This Deck can easily destroy all cards on the field every turn and prevent Combo decks from playing the game at all with Tytannial, Princess of Camellias. Black Garden cripples many Decks and creates many special gamestates from which you can easily overrun your opponent.
But sometimes the synergy between the own cards doesn't work out the way you want and bigger towers can be difficult to clear. It's a difficult deck to play optimal if your hand doesn't look like you want it to.
If you like Rose Dragons be sure to give this Deck a try, it's good and unique for sure but not overpowered. I find it easy to go into Diamond League in Master Duel with it. Beyond that it's getting difficult to progress against certain more meta relevant matchups.

Special Instructions when entering Black Garden
I will list some not so obvious rules down below so you can get a better understanding on how certain Cards work:
Tytannial, Princess of Camellias: 1. She can prevent targeting anywhere on the field. If the opponent targets his Cards you can negate and destroy that kind of Cards too. 2. You can use Tokens for this effects cost.
Blue Rose Dragon: His effect can miss timing.
Rose Princess: Special summoning her from your Hand is not treated as an effect.
Thorn of Malice: If you equip this card to an opponents Monster your Monsters will be destroyed in Battle with the equipped Monster. This part of the effect is only applied to your Monsters which are equipped with this card.
Black Garden: 1. The ATK reduction even happens if no Token can be summoned and is a mandatory effect. 2. The ATK reduction is permanent, even if this card leaves the field. 3. If a Monster is Special summoned face Down the ATK reduction is not applied but a Token will be summoned.
Blooming of the Darkest Rose: You choose on which side you summon every token individually.
Ruddy Rose Dragon: You have to banish all cards from the GY first to be able to use the 2nd effect which destroys all cards on the field.
Black Rose Moonlight Dragon: This effect is a mandatory effect.
Black Rose Dragon: The effect which destroys all cards on the field can miss timing.
Garden Rose Maiden: The first effect can be activated whenever she's Special summoned. It's not limited to Synchro Summon only.
The Black Garden List
So as mentioned earlier Black Garden can destroy itself along with all other Plants on the field to revive a Monster which equals the ATK of the destroyed Monsters. Since you can easily recycle this card many times with Garden Rose Maiden this becomes very interesting. The summoned Tokens have 800 ATK so with that said let's look at a list of Monsters and how we can summon them:
1 Token = 800 ATK:
Crossrose Dragon
Garden Rose Flora
Ruddy Rose Witch
Rose Girl
2 Tokens = 1600 ATK
Garden Rose Maiden
Periallis, Empress of Blossoms
Roxrose Dragon
Blue Rose Dragon
3 Tokens = 2400 ATK
Black Rose Dragon
Black Rose Moonlight Dragon
4 Tokens = 3200 ATK
Ruddy Rose Dragon
These are the easy to understand Monsters but there's also Tokens which you summon with Blooming of the Darkest Rose and these tokens will be halved and summon yet another Token if Black Garden is active which equals 1200 ATK if you summon one, 2400 if you summon two and so on. As for Monsters with 1200 you can also revive White Rose Dragon and Rose Princess then.
Which leaves us with only a few Monsters out of reach who have 600, 1000, 1700, 2200 and 2800 ATK. here you have be way more creative to revive them with Black Garden and I will try to explain here:
As for Tytannial, Princess of Camellias you need 3 Black Garden Tokens and 1 Blooming of the Darkest Rose halved ATK Token to bring her into play. She has 2800 ATK.
Both Splendid Rose and Queen of Thorns have 2200 ATK and need 2 Black Garden Tokens and a non halved Rose Fairy to be brought back into play which is not always easy to achieve but managable.
Witch of the Black Rose with 1700 is frustatingly difficult to resummon. You need a halved Splendid Rose or Queen of Thorns and a non halved Rose Fairy to resummon her which is not worth the effort.
Red Rose Dragon with it's 1000 ATK is not easy to resummon. You need a halved Rose Princess or a non halved Rose Fairy and a halved Blooming of the Darkest Rose Token or a halved Ruddy Rose Witch to be able to resummon him. The Problem here is that you have to get rid of the 800 ATK Black Garden token first before this can even work. This is possible if you have other non plants on the field who can deal with said Token but it sure is convoluted.
Finally Rose Fairy can easily be resummoned with a halved Rose Princess and just like that you have a way to revive all of your Monsters with Black Garden.
