Simultaneously big/ape brain paleofrogs with a scrap engine. Play recycler with another card in your hand for a single card combo to summon trishula. Summon recycler and send o-lion to the graveyard for the token so you can link into wyvern, use it to get out scrap golem, and use its ability to summon recycler again and send jet synchron to the graveyard. Then discard your other card to summon it and you can synchro. Alternatively if you have a level 2 monster on the field and scrap worm or golem in your graveyard already you can use recycler to get wyvern and get out scrap golem, and use it to summon the worm and synchro trishula. Sometimes you banish jet synchron, golem, or worm with pot of desires so your fallback is borrelsword and samurai destroyer or black rose dragon; real talk on a related note leanchoilia is underrated and makes it possible to win when you'd otherwise be sol, not to mention you can use it to recycle back jack and frogs for ronin summons. Get out the scum toad asap as per usual, usually you can get out opabinia and use it's ability to get another paleo on the field to summon toad, or don't. This deck has engines like an illegally modified honda civic, so you have options even if you face a set back. Just don't jump the gun with your negates or it's hut. Sometimes summoning trishula is not optimal, it's more like the icing on the cake, sometimes it's fantastic by itself but usually it's better when there's a cake already you feel me. Shrub serpent, solemn no card, and back jack package are for dealing with lightning storm and the like. if you have two shrub serpents out that get destroyed, I highly recommend you summon samurai destroyer and dupe frog, trust me on this one. My preference would be for witch's strike over shrub serpent or solemn judgement for sheer maximization of cheekiness and to punish everyone for using hand traps, but unfortunately it's bugged in ygo pro. Eria is in the side deck for when you have to deal with needlefiber or mermails. Extra deck space is tight what with all your toolbox responses, so the only knightmare is the unicorn because i had to cut compulsory evacuation device to make space for cards that don't target, since your biggest hang ups will be monsters with built in protection. It's also why quaking mirror force and evenly matched are in the side deck. Wind up snail is also in the side deck because it returns a set card to the hand, but also you can send it to the graveyard to special summon swap frog. Last but not least, if you draw both a frog and a recycler, hold onto one and use the other to bait out negations and such for smoother sailing turn two. You can throw your opponent for a lot of loops they wouldn't expect from your average paleofrog deck. If I could just play scraps and have a good time I wouldn't have had to work so hard on this.
