This deck was designed to turbo Kairyu-Shin onto the board as consistently as possible, and what you see here is the final product. I've noticed that Small World is rarely used in Umi decks, even though it is arguably the best searcher in this setup. The main bridge for Small World is Guardragon Justicia, the normal monster we use for Fish Sonar. There are multiple reasons for this choice: firstly, Justicia has 0 attack, allowing you to activate Small World with Ash Blossom and fetch any water monster in the deck; secondly, it's a level 2 tuner, which lets you synchro summon Chengying with it and the token made from Pacifis. Typically, you'll want to link Justicia into Link Spider to avoid Lava Golem, Sphere Mode, and every Kaiju except Gameciel, particularly when summoned off Fish Sonar when you have your board established going first. The deck is a bit tricky to start with, but becomes really straightforward once you're accustomed to it. The goal is always to turbo out Kairyu-Shin whenever possible, always playing under the assumption your opponent has both Ash Blossom and Infinite Impermanence in hand. There are many ways to avoid them in this deck if you route it correctly.
