This is an unoptimized list to achieve a full board lock. The combo starts with "Lonefire blossom" or "Predaplant Ophrys Scorpico" and a monster you can send to the GY in hand.
Cards that can't be send: "Angel O7", "The Phantom Knights of Silent Boots", any "Naturia" Monster
To start of the combo you need to summon "Predaplant Ophrys Scorpio" with one monster in hand to activate his effect.
If you have 2 "Makyura the Destructor" in hand you need to discard one of them here.
Summon "Predaplant Darlingtonia Cobra" and add "Fusion Gate" to your hand. Link them off for "Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss" and activate its effect to send "Graph, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss" to the GY.
Activate "Graph, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss" to summon "Cir, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss" and link summon "The Phantom Knights of Rusty Bardiche".
Activate the effect of "Cir, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss" and summon "Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss" from your GY.
Use the effect of "The Phantom Knights of Rusty Bardiche" to set "The Phantom Knights of Shade Brigadine" to your side of the field by sending "The Phantom Knights of Ancient Cloak" to the GY.
If you don't have "The Phantom Knights of Silent Boots" in your hand search it by using "The Phantom Knights of Ancient Cloak" in your GY.
Special summon "The Phantom Knights of Silent Boots" from your hand and activate "The Phantom Knights of Shade Brigadine" to link them off for "Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights".
Add "Elemental HERO Sparkman" to your hand.
Activate the effect of "The Phantom Knights of Silent Boots" to add "Phantom Knights' Spear" to your hand.
Use the effect of "Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights", not sending "Broken Bamboo Sword" to summon "Armageddon Knight" to a any Monster Zone not being the middle one.
Send "Summoner Monk" to the GY and add "Broken Bamboo Sword" to your hand.
Link Summon "Aleister the Invoker of Madness" using "Isolde, Two Tales of the Noble Knights" and "Cherubini, Ebon Angel of the Burning Abyss".
Activate Fusion Gate to Summon "Elemental HERO Escuridao" using "Elemental HERO Sparkman" and "The Phantom Knights of Rusty Bardiche".
Link Summon "Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians" using "Elemental HERO Escuridao" and "Aleister the Invoker of Madness" as material.
Remove 3 Spell Counters form "Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians" to summon "Summoner Monk" and use his effect to summon "Makyura the Destructor" by discarding "Broken Bamboo Sword".
Link Summon "Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians" using "Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians", "Summoner Monk" and "Makyura the Destructor" as material and activate the effect of "Makyura the Destructor".
Remove 3 Spell Counters form "Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians" to summon "Summoner Monk" and use his effect to summon "Recue Ferret" by discarding "Phantom Knights' Spear".
Use the effect of "Recue Ferret" to summon "Two-for-one Team" and any 4-Star "HERO".
Fusion summon "Mudragon of the Swamp" using "wo-for-one Team" and "Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians".
Summon "Primathmech Alembertian" to the EMZ using all monsters on the field as material und use his effect to search "Chain Material".
Activate "Chain Material" from your hand with the effect of "Makyura the Destructor".
Summon "Idaten the Conqueror Star" using "Elemental HERO Escuridao" and "Yoko-Zuna Sumo Spirit" material.
Summon "The Dark Magicians" using "Summoner Monk" and "Dark Magician" as Material.
Now begins an endless card draw loop:
Activate Fusion Gate to summon "Elemental HERO Electrum"
Draw one card of "The Dark Magicians"
Summon "Idaten the Conqueror Star" using "Idaten the Conqueror Star" and "Elemental HERO Electrum" as material
Summon "The Dark Magicians" using "The Dark Magicians" and "Dark Magician" as Material
Loop until you draw "Naturia Tulip", "Naturia Bamboo Shoot", "Chow Sai the Ghost Stopper", "Necrovalley", "Angel O7", "Fog King", "Zany Zebra", "Card Advance", "Yoko-Zuna Sumo Spirit", "Kai-Den Kendo Spirit", "Chain Summoning" and 2 "Ground Collapse"
Place "Yoko-Zuna Sumo Spirit" and "Kai-Den Kendo Spirit" as your Pend Scales and Pend Summon "Chow Sai the Ghost Stopper" and "Naturia Tulip"
Upon the activation of the Scales activate "Chain Summoning" as CL 3.
Activate "Card Advance" and use the additional Tribute Summon to summon "Naturia Bamboo Shoot", tributing "Naturia Tulip".
Activate the 2 "Ground Collapse" to block 4 Monster Zones of your opponent, then "Zany Zebra" in the Pend Zone to block the last one.
Tribute Summon "Angel O7", activate "Necrovalley", then summon "Fog King".
