Uh, the strategy isn’t really much of a strategy, to be honest; what you wrote tells nothing. Also, the deck seems super bricky and clogged up with useless cards, like Mirror Force. I’d reccomend cutting it down to around 40, as that’s the average.
Also, without accesscode talker, any cyberse deck won’t even come close to meta, as cyberse decks (and any decks that run a lot of link monsters) are heavily dependent on him.
I play Salamangreats without Accesscode, but to be fair, I play in
1) a casual enviorment
2) a really weird Salamangreat deck
I should prob get around to posting that Salamangreat deck I use

Sorry I said semi-meta I was thinking of another Deck that I have which is semi-meta and I wrote it here by mistake some cards that are in the deck are temporary since the cards that I originally had I lost in a fire a couple of months ago and I will have it for Monday or Tuesday when I already have it, I change it and also when I have the others that I am missing

To be fair, you can play Salamangreats without Accesscode and still do reasonably well on a budget. if you just run Update Jammer and Transcode Talker, you can still OTK under the right conditions.
“always remember to sort before exporting!”
My Odd self that needs for a deck to be sorted when not in use
