Working with what I got.
This version emphasizes abusing "Cybernetic Horizon" to dump "Cyberdark End Dragon" and then ressurect with "Cyber Eternal".

ignoring summoning conditions doesnt avoid whether or not something was properly summoned, I’m pretty sure
I looked it up and you’re right. I haven’t played in years, so I was just brainstorming here. Don’t know how to delete or modify the deck.
