You are gonna have to hard draw it or play copies of triple tactics talent, I'm just tryna squeeze some use outta the vinalla other than it being a rank four and a primite target so feather storm is kinda of a "win more" card. If you hard draw it with the primite engine you turn skip ur opponent going first and basically win the game. If you could search it it would probably be banned but you don't wanna play to many copies of it or its a brick.
