If this is for N/R event, you can't use Archffiend Zombie Skull, since it's a UR. And even if you could, as mentioned above, Zombie skull can't be used to summon it because it doesn't meet the synchro material requirements listed on it. The only way you could summon it with this list is using plaguespreader with 2 dinomischus after they've been special summoned.
archfiend zombie skull is a rare, just that prodeck sometimes registers the wrong rarity for some of the cards like magical mallet being treated as a SR even though it's R, also you need non zombie tuners to summon zombie skull so you wouldn't be able to make it unless you teched in zombie world which you can't since it's a UR, so the ""best"" option is use DNA surgery
