I love the concept of a Drytron-Chaos MAX crossover but this ain’t it, chief—certainly not to be competitive in the current meta, but I’m not sure this works very well in casual settings either. There are much easier ways of getting Chaos MAX out without running *three* BEWD bricks, which then requires running Trade-In at x3 to mitigate the possibility of drawing into them (in fairness, it works with some of the ritual monsters too). The sheer amount of ritual monsters—including 2x BE Chaos Dragons, when one is more than enough—alongside one of the game’s most notorious bricks makes me shudder at the thought of what an opening hand looks like here.

Why are we running Chaos Form AND Advanced Ritual Art at x2? And while Melody isn’t a bad starter to search your ritual pieces, there are simpler, less restrictive ways to get Chaos MAX to hand. If you’re gonna do with Melody though, I feel like you’ve gotta commit and do it at x3.

If you’re married to the ARA play, at least do yourself a favor and take BEWD to x2 (x1 would be better as purely search fodder for Melody to grab with Alternative Dragon OR for ARA to send, but at that point you’d have to retool other parts of the deck). Chaos Dragon is a x1. You really don’t need x2 Chaos MAX Dragons if you run a more standard Drytron engine, which itself would eliminate the need for the BEWD vanillas, but x2 isn’t the biggest sin in the deck list.

The side deck suggests swapping out some of the BEWD engine for standard Drytron stuff. I’d just main deck most of that and remove a lot of the Blue-Eyes stuff. You should probably trim the fat on the suite of XYZ monsters too. I’m not sure how or why you would summon some of them in this build, and you’re missing important ritual pieces like Hearld of the Arc Light.

Not my intention to be harsh here. I don’t have a solid Drytron ft. BECMD list yet either. Just suggesting better options.
