Yeah, as Murrzipan said, Yata Garasu is a fiend, not a Winged Beast. As such, Robina cannot search it. However, Kujakujaku is a Winged Beast, and when it is tributed, it can tutor a lv 4 or lower Wind monster, so it *can* tutor for Yata.

I have considered running it in Floow alongside Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca for a janky version of a Yata deck, but I've not gotten around to it.
