Send 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap from your Deck to the GY, except "Scheme of the Monarchs". If this card is banished: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; add 1 monster with the same Attribute, but with 2400 ATK/1000 DEF, from your Deck or GY to your hand, then, immediately after this effect resolves, you can Normal Summon 1 "Zaborg the Thunder Monarch", "Mobius the Frost Monarch", "Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch", "Granmarg the Rock Monarch", "Raiza the Storm Monarch", or "Caius the Shadow Monarch". You can only use this effect of "Scheme of the Monarchs" once per turn.
