If you're going first:

Summon either 9-volt or solar, use effect, ties of the brethren to summon rod lord and rai-oh, then pass.

If you're going second:

Use 9-volt and solar to search out stuff, try and get as many fuel cells on the field as possible, your main objective is to get out charger, for the OTK, it can get over 3k attack. Fuel cells are very good with solar, as you can use solars tokens to return stuff to hand, and not much in the meta can prevent fuel cells effect.
