The next Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series is being held in Pasadena, California. The event will take place on November 5 - 6, 2022, at the Pasadena Convention Center 300 E. Green St. Halls A & B, Pasadena, California, USA. This is a 2-day event where Duelists from all over the world will gather to compete for exclusive prizes, gain invitations to their next World Championship Qualifier, and spend the weekend Dueling, trading, and socializing with hundreds of other Yu-Gi-Oh! Fans.
There are several Public Events, such as Win-A-Mat, Speed Duel, Attack of the Giant Card!!, and Regional Qualifier competitions, in addition to the main Championship Series tournament.
For a general view, this is the format for Yu-Gi-Oh! Championship Series Pasadena 2022:
- This will be a two-day tournament using Advanced Constructed Decks in the Swiss format.
- Best 2 out of 3 Matches
- Swiss Rounds followed by a Single-Elimination Playoff Top Cut. Rounds are dependent on the total number of Duelists at the time registration closes.
- Time Limit: 45 Minutes per Swiss Round.
There are some health regulations that you need to follow such as attendees 5 years and older will be required to show proof of being up to date and fully vaccinated before entry.
