If you have no monsters in your GY, you can activate this card from your hand.

[1] When your opponent activate's a monster effect on the field (Quick Effect): You can negate that effect, then if a Trap is in your GY, you can add 1 "Dominus" card from your Deck to your hand. If you activated this card from your hand, you cannot activate monster effects from the hand, GY or banishment until the end of the next turn.
