Frightfur Patchwork Introducing another fusion engine to search out Polymerization easily - Frightfur Patchwork
Frightfur Patchwork has yet to hit the TCG but it is a card worthy of your attention. It accelerates plays not just in fluffal decks, but can suffice as a viable engine for Fusion decks, such as Invoked, HEROes, and even Metalfoes.

Frightfur Patchwork

Add 1 "Polymerization" and 1 "Edge Imp" monster from your Deck to your hand. You can only activate 1 "Frightfur Patchwork" per turn.

The Engine

The card that will work hand in hand with our spell card is none other than Edge Imp Chain.

When this card declares an attack: You can add 1 "Edge Imp Chain" from your Deck to your hand. If this card is sent from the hand or field to the Graveyard: You can add 1 "Frightfur" card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use 1 "Edge Imp Chain" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

A standard lineup for the engine would consist of three copies of each card, and you will be surprised by how well they all interact with each other.

To start off, Edge Imp Chain can add a copy of itself from your deck to your hand. It is an optional effect, so should you want to keep your unused copies of Frightfur Patchwork alive, feel free to not use it. Otherwise, you can thin your deck.

Furthermore, when Edge Imp Chain is sent from the field/hand to the graveyard, you get to add a "Frightfur" card to your hand. This of course includes Frightfur Patchwork.

The idea is that both Frightfur Patchwork & Edge Imp Chain can search each other out, and the former even brings Polymerization to your hand. While it is easy to turn towards Fusion Sage to simplify the entire deck searching equation, Edge Imp Chain's search can be easily triggered. Apart from being sent to the graveyard by battle or when it is destroyed, when it is used as a Fusion Material, you get to do the search.

Edge Imp Chain is also a Level 4 which can fit easily into some deck's strategies.

At the very least, it fuels your hand with a discard fodder for cards such as Twin Twisters.

As mentioned, Edge Imp Chain can be used to Xyz Summon alongside Aleister the Invoked and Elemental HERO Stratos when needed. Although that will not trigger its search effect, it does not leave Edge Imp Chain as a dead weight.  Discard outlets like Melody of Awakening Dragon and Invoked Mechaba also provides Edge Imp Chain a platform to trigger its ability when needed.

Conclusion

Do have a second look for Frightfur Patchwork.

Being able to search each other out makes the engine worth consideration. It is a small engine consisting of 6 cards, and may be a better option than Lunalight Black Sheep for some decks.
