Boxes in Deck Builder

I like the idea of Boxes, but I would love it if I could select a box to use when in the Deck Builder.
Currently if I pick a box and choose the option "open in deck builder" it just splats the entire Box into the deck, I'd love it if I could Use Collection then get a second option for Boxes.
I didn't know where to post this, so I thought maybe troubleshooting would be the best place, sorry if it's an issue.
