To answer your first question, Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon has a very similar summoning condition as Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon. It can be summoned by either ultimate fusion, polymerization, or by special summoning it using the required monsters. I generally use the special summon effect, which is why the ultimate fusion is kept in side deck.
As for Number C1000: Numerounius, that's still a bit of a work in progress. I tentatively added it awhile back just to experiment, but I doubt it'll stay. It's definitely not necessary, I was just wanting to see if I could turn it into another trump card.
