The NA Yu-Gi-Oh! Remote Duel Invitational concluded last February 14th, 2021. So was the victor Virtual World? Nope. Drytron? Nope. Zoo Eldlich? Still, nope – it was an anti-meta Dragoon Subterror deck. Is this a one-time fluke or a vision of what’s to come?

S-Force (Security Forces) is an archetype that debuted in the set Blazing Vortex. It is comprised of monsters from the ever-growing pool of Dark and Light. Virtual World has taken competitive Yu-Gi-Oh! by storm. It immediately bagged the trophy from Luxury Gaming’s LCS IX, held last December 12 – 13, 2020. The strategy proved to be incredibly difficult to deal with for most decks. Having VFD (True King of All Calamities) was, and still is its main win condition.
