I am extremely fond of Scraps as an archetype. Back in the day, my mentor came up with all sorts of wacky Scrap theories that I would be proud to share, but I digress. Naturally, it would come to be a pleasant surprise when Scrap Raptor was announced. Until many realized Scrap Raptor was way beyond Scraps alone, and could easily be the much-needed consistency piece for many other decks. From Scrap to Craft, right? It may be a bit late, but I will gather what others have conjured, and share our findings here, on probably the strongest Scrap Monster ever.

This will be the fourth Constellation Archetype the game has introduced so far. Unlike the previous successors of the stars, (Constellar, Tellarknights, Drytron), I will boldly declare that these Ursartic will never take the top spots amongst other competitive decks of its era. So what are the Ursarctics, what can they do, and are they fur real? Some say you can find the answers through stargazing. But for the more restless ones, here’s my breakdown and analysis of the deck.

Just recently, Wish-Converging Dragon (along with Arriving Miracle) was released in Dawn of Majesty. As intended support towards the summoning of Majestic Star Dragon, this humble shrimp can accelerate the Synchro Summoning of Majestic Synchros. But beneath its miniature exterior, several combo enthusiasts have probed into future applications for the card!

On the 24th of February, after a certain disputable Denko Sekka was played in a TCG Remote Duel Invitational, my friends and I were bantering about the flaws within Remote Dueling when a certain picture was put up on Facebook.

Bearbloom serves as a fantastic extender with her first effect to revive a banished Tri-Brigade monster. This effect will occur frequently, especially with Nervall‘s card advantage, allowing the player to resolve more Tri-Brigade monster effects within the same turn. This is excellent for cheating advantage in a simplified game state.

Three months ago, I chose to vent my frustrations by writing a detailed yet biased article about the breakdowns of the Jan 2021 OCG Limit Regulations.
Upon reading feedback, I found out the TCG had a deep love for the card Maxx “C”, having included it in every sentence of reasoning about the OCG. Indeed, what a polarizing card! No one can play around it even when merely discussing the OCG.

The Ignister archetype has currently received support from Eternity Code and Lightning Overdrive. Adopting the full array of attributes available, Ignisters aim to repeatedly activate Ignister A.I. Land to swarm the board enough to summon most, if not all, of the Ignister boss monsters through every Extra Deck summoning method in existence. The ability to quickly alternate between summons has encouraged a common Hyper Combo playstyle of the deck, especially with the newer support.

Before we start with the article, I would like to re-introduce myself as an OCG player. Not as someone who constantly prowls online saving OCG lists from Twitter and playing them on dueling simulators. I actually actively participate in real OCG tournaments, OCG events, and everything OCG you know about.

The Dogmatika lore continues with a new archetype, the Tri-Brigade. A convention of tribes Konami has often grouped together, these members preach their creed as a Combo engine. As players are beginning to finalize their approach to the archetype, I would like to sum up their findings to you!

Interestingly, almost every protagonist of LINK Vrain’s archetype has impacted the metagame within the LINK Vrain era.
Blue Angel has Trickstars chipping away at your life, Go Onizuka (or George Gore) with disgusting Gouki Links that amalgamates into a beautiful azure U-Lock.
Ghost Girl had annoying negates in Altergeist and even Revolver with his Rokkets displaying an array of multiple draconic negations. Soulburner was the latest addition to this trend with his fiery furry friends of the recursive Salamangreat tribe.
But what about the protagonist Playmaker, and his Code Talker crew? Surely the world-saving archetype that the hero wields is undeniably one of the best decks in the game?
