As per every article I write about the OCG, it is absolutely amusing to see people bring Maxx “C” into the equation despite zero mentions about the card. Unfortunately, as a spoiler, KONAMI OCG has not sensed any danger from Maxx “C” yet. So on behalf of the OCG, I apologize to all TCG readers for causing you another three months of agony!

Burst of Destiny has debuted in the OCG and the new themes are worming their way into the Metagame! The most anticipated archetype of the set, Flundereeze, has proven themselves soaring towards the peak of representation. As usual, it will be my pleasure to take the readers under my wings, and introduce the flashy Flundereeze.

All Water decks share two traits: they are fun to mess around with, and they have not topped since forever.
So imagine my surprise when I was surfing the net, and came across a fishy list going against the torrent of meta decks, schooling everything in its way to a solid top! Right after, many have decided to pick this archetype up as well, currently establishing a corner of the OCG Metagame.

In the OCG, the much awaited Animation Chronicle 2021 has debuted. It hosts a wide array of impressive anime-adapted cards to many elated players, but there is one I would like to introduce today. This article will explore how the potential of Piri Reis Map, and what it can navigate to.

I wrote about the January and April 2021 OCG Limit Regulations; it is time again for the third one this year.
Like the last two entries, I enjoyed reading the feedback about them. especially the huge majority of people talking about the quantity of Maxx “C” that they were uncomfortable with, and occasional snark remarks about the region as well. Unfortunately, KONAMI has not yet decided Maxx “C” is problematic in the OCG. So my dear TCG readers, I apologize for the distress this may cause you for the next three months.

I am extremely fond of Scraps as an archetype. Back in the day, my mentor came up with all sorts of wacky Scrap theories that I would be proud to share, but I digress. Naturally, it would come to be a pleasant surprise when Scrap Raptor was announced. Until many realized Scrap Raptor was way beyond Scraps alone, and could easily be the much-needed consistency piece for many other decks. From Scrap to Craft, right? It may be a bit late, but I will gather what others have conjured, and share our findings here, on probably the strongest Scrap Monster ever.

This will be the fourth Constellation Archetype the game has introduced so far. Unlike the previous successors of the stars, (Constellar, Tellarknights, Drytron), I will boldly declare that these Ursartic will never take the top spots amongst other competitive decks of its era. So what are the Ursarctics, what can they do, and are they fur real? Some say you can find the answers through stargazing. But for the more restless ones, here’s my breakdown and analysis of the deck.

Just recently, Wish-Converging Dragon (along with Arriving Miracle) was released in Dawn of Majesty. As intended support towards the summoning of Majestic Star Dragon, this humble shrimp can accelerate the Synchro Summoning of Majestic Synchros. But beneath its miniature exterior, several combo enthusiasts have probed into future applications for the card!

On the 24th of February, after a certain disputable Denko Sekka was played in a TCG Remote Duel Invitational, my friends and I were bantering about the flaws within Remote Dueling when a certain picture was put up on Facebook.

Bearbloom serves as a fantastic extender with her first effect to revive a banished Tri-Brigade monster. This effect will occur frequently, especially with Nervall‘s card advantage, allowing the player to resolve more Tri-Brigade monster effects within the same turn. This is excellent for cheating advantage in a simplified game state.
