Guy at locals runs Ghost Reaper & Winter Cherries + a bunch of meta-targeted extra deck cards instead of Dogmatika engine. Might be cheaper and more effective.

It's hardly cheaper if you want to cover all meta decks. A lot of decks have cheap high-impact ED monsters but when you look at Swordsoul for example you'd have to invest a playset of Nadir's just to cover their important ED. Granted Floowandereeze doesn't care about many of them but I think it'll cost you about just as much. Plus staples are a better investment in general since more decks can make use of them

I think that Dimension shifter is more effectitve than the dogmátika engine
