Hi, I've just started to use the Collection Manager (CM) to keep track of my cards and noticed that a card was missing. Using the database search, I could find the card but using the search of the CM, there were no search results found. Using the "Save Card" button did not help. I thought that there might be more cards affected, therefore I'll edit this post if I find more cards.
